How to request deletion of information handled by LANMOU.
Automatic deletion of chat records
Chat records are stored only in Amazon Connect for 3 days from the end of the chat and are then automatically deleted by the platform under our support configuration. LANMOU does not download, export or maintain separate backups of chat records. We do not record telephone calls.
Send a deletion request
Email lanmou-home@hotmail.com with the subject LANMOU — Data Deletion Request. Describe the information you want deleted and provide enough context to locate it, such as the date of the interaction and the order number where relevant.
Do not include passwords, payment-card details or identity documents in your initial message. We may request limited additional information if needed to verify your identity.
What happens next
Our responsible personnel will review the request, identify information we still hold and respond within the period required by applicable law. Where retention is legally required or another applicable exception prevents deletion, we will explain this. A request cannot retrieve chat records already deleted.
Email and other records
Emails currently have no fixed automatic deletion period. You may request deletion of email correspondence through the same contact address. The 3-day chat rule does not apply to emails, Amazon marketplace records or providers’ independent operational records.

This process concerns information handled by Shiyan Xiawen Trading Co., Ltd. Requests relating to your Amazon account or data independently held by Amazon should be directed to Amazon’s privacy channels.
